Super Juice – Rev Up With My Juice Of The Week
This is one of my favourite juices to make to feel ‘detoxed’, energised and ready for the day ahead.
Balancing a fresh squeeze with kale and beetroot brings the sugar levels down and creates a better GI, rather than just juicing fruits and high sugar ingredients. You don’t have to avoid sugar altogether but including vegetables and other alkaline components is an ideal combination.
I always add some essential greens such as Kale, Spinach or even broccoli to my juices to up my antioxidant intake and increase the nutritional value. Other good additions are ginger and grated coconut… But here’s today’s JUICE OF THE DAY!

Juicing is a fantastic way to increase your inner health, energy levels and raw food intake. It’s also a fun alternative to get your kids to eat their fruit and vegetables if you have fussy eaters.
