In this episode I talk inner health with my inspiring friend, cancer survivor and entrepreneur Jillian Exton.
After her shock diagnosis from being “super fit and healthy” to suddenly being told she had cancer, Jillian decided she wanted to investigate every avenue of what total wellness could actually mean and beat her cancer. Both of which she achieved.
We talk about how people can often ignore what real health means on a cellular level, and share some top tips on how you can bring your inner fitness into to balance. Find out easy tips on how to enjoy alkaline foods, why drinking lemon and water in the morning is great, how food, sprays and creams effect our hormone levels, and why stress can play havoc with your health.
